Welcome to the Northern California Family Center! N.C.F.C. is a non-profit agency that has been serving the needs of California's Contra Costa County since 1978. We offer counseling and mediation for individuals and families, and are the headquarters for the Safe Place Program for both Contra Costa and Solano counties.
